Longstanding ‘cook shop’ restaurant(Chinese-Western fusion), unfussy & tasty as always. Be aware that they don’t accept QR payments and only accept credit cards if the bill is over 1500.

The food is perfect. Every dish was very delicious and perfectly cooked. The tastes were original (same as what I had decades ago). The service was great. However, the ambience was outdated but clean. PS. The bread and pandan kaya were also soft and yummy. Thank you for keeping the food high quality and original tastes.

Amazing food from this traditional cook shop that is a classic in Bangkok. Beef tounge and ox tail soup are so soft, they melt in your mouth. Really enjoyed the bread too. People are very nice too. More people should be coming here and supporting the business.

One of the best and oldest fusion hainan restaurant in Bangkok. We had chicken curry, pork chop (fried pork fillet with mild sauce), stir fried mixed Vegetable (Hainan style), and fried fish with sweet sauce and trimmings. The flavor of all the dishes are mild, except for the fried fish with sweet sauce and trimmings, my favorite dish, which was spiced up with ginger. We also got bread and custard back as souvinir (the staff said it can last for 3 days only as no preservative was added). Overall, very satisfied. FYI, the restaurant accepts only cash for payment. We had to go to an ATM nearby to withdraw the cash.

Unexpectedly stopped by at around 1pm. Empty, got to choose any table. Dishes like tongue, and deep fried shrimp were the highlight for me. Nothing like i ever had before. Atmosphere is super vintage, i loved the interior. For the desert don’t forget the pandan custard with toast, texture of the custard was the most unique I’ve had, aroma amazing too! Bill for around eight dishes was a bit above one thousand baht. Definitely quality incidents used.

A well-known, long-established Chinese restaurant with a rich history. Their legendary bread and beef tongue stew are must-tries, and other dishes like chicken curry, beef salad, fluffy catfish, and more never disappoint. Each dish is full of flavor, making it a perfect place to enjoy classic Chinese cuisine in a welcoming, timeless setting.
